Regulamin promocji „2+1 na kategorię Paznokcie”

§1 Promocja

1. Promocja „2+1 na kategorię Paznokcie” dalej zwaną jako „Promocja” jest organizowana przez Stars. Space spółkę akcyjną z siedzibą w Warszawie, ul. Aleje Jerozolimskie nr 136, 02-305 Warszawa, wpisaną do rejestru przedsiębiorców Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego prowadzonego przez Sąd Rejonowy dla M. ST. Warszawy w Warszawie, XII Wydział Gospodarczy Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego, pod numerem KRS 0000875787 posiadającą nr NIP: 5252760233, REGON: 381045800, o kapitale zakładowym w wysokości 3 000 000,00zł opłaconym w całości, reprezentowany przez Macieja Zegarskiego- prezesa zarządu, zwaną dalej jako: „Sklep”.
2. Promocja przeprowadzana jest zgodnie z niniejszym regulaminem dalej określanym jako „Regulamin Promocji”, przy czym do wszelkich kwestii w nim nieuregulowanych, a w szczególności dotyczących zamówień realizowanych za pomocą Sklepu, odpowiednie zastosowanie mają postanowienia regulaminu Sklepu dostępnego pod adresem: , który dalej nazywany będzie „Regulaminem Sklepu”.
3. Promocja jest skierowana do klientów Sklepu, dalej zwanym „Kupującymi” dokonujących w Sklepie zakupu artykułów objętych Promocją

§2 Czas trwania Promocji

Promocja trwa w dniach 21 lutego 2025 r. do 23 lutego 2025 r. lub do wyczerpania się zapasów produktów objętych Promocją.

§3 Zasady Promocji

1. Każdy Kupujący, który dokona zakupu w Sklepie (w ramach jednej transakcji) co najmniej trzech produktów wskazanych w Załączniku nr 1 do Regulaminu Promocji, otrzyma rabat na najtańszy nabywany produkt spośród produktów wymienionych w Załączniku nr 1 do Regulaminu Promocji, skutkujący tym, że cena tego produktu zostanie obniżona do ceny wynoszącej 1 grosz brutto.
2. Promocja może zostać zakończona lub ograniczona przez Organizatora- przed końcem upływu czasu, o którym mowa w §2 niniejszego Regulaminu Promocji- w przypadku wyczerpania się zapasów produktów promocyjnych.
3. W przypadku dokonania przez Kupującego zakupu wielokrotności trzech produktów wskazanych w Załączniku nr 1 do Regulaminu Promocji, Kupujący otrzyma możliwość zakupu- w ramach tej samej transakcji- odpowiedniej wielokrotności produktów, spośród produktów wskazanych w Załączniku nr 1 do Regulaminu Promocji, w promocyjnej cenie 1 grosz brutto za sztukę.
4. W przypadku skorzystania przez Kupującego- będącego konsumentem lub przedsiębiorcą uprzywilejowanym- z ustawowego prawa do odstąpienia od umowy sprzedaży zawartej na odległość, skutkującego tym, że warunek, o których mowa w ust. 1 powyżej, nie zostanie spełniony, Kupujący jest zobowiązany do zwrotu produktów promocyjnych wraz z pozostałymi towarami, które zwraca w ramach odstąpienia od umowy sprzedaży.
5. Promocja łączy się z innymi promocjami prowadzonymi przez Organizatora.

§4 Reklamacje

1. Ewentualne reklamacje dotyczące Promocji można zgłaszać Organizatorowi zgodnie z danymi wskazanymi w Regulaminie Sklepu, w szczególności pisemnie na adres korespondencyjny Organizatora: Stars. Space S.A. ul. Aleje Jerozolimskie nr 136, 02-305 Warszawa lub na adres e-mail: marketing@starsspace.pl
2. Reklamacja powinna zawierać następujące dane: dane identyfikacyjne i adresowe Kupującego, opis problemu będącego podstawą złożenia reklamacji. Organizator dołoży starań, aby reklamacja została rozpatrzona w terminie 7 dni od dnia jej wpływu. Maksymalny termin na rozpatrzenie reklamacji to 14 dni roboczych.

§5 Postanowienia końcowe

1. Regulamin Promocji jest dostępny na stronie https://starsfromthestars.pl/info/regulaminy-konkursow-i-promocji.html
2. Wszelką korespondencję dotyczącą Promocji należy kierować na adres korespondencyjny Organizatora: Stars. Space S.A. ul. Aleje Jerozolimskie nr 136, 02-305 Warszawa lub na adres e-mail: marketing@starsspace.pl
3. W zakresie nieuregulowanym w Regulaminie Promocji oraz Regulaminie Sklepu zastosowanie znajdują stosowne przepisy prawa powszechnie obowiązującego w Polsce.
